"My husband and I started our search for a new home over a year ago. We first started with a local realtor to help find us a home. The perfect house for our family was just not going to be found; therefore we knew we were going to have to build. This would be our first home that we would build from the ground up so we knew it would not be easy. For several months we looked and looked and looked for house plans. Finally we had one picked and we were on to the next stage. We had to find a builder. We interviewed several and thought this will take forever until we heard of Texas Legacy Custom Homes. We had already talked and met with 4 other builders and just were not satisfied with any of them. I finally got the number of Amanda Zink and called.
We immediately had an appointment and we were off. We met with Amanda on a weekend which sometimes is out of the question for other builders. Amanda sat us down asked us what we wanted and listened to what our needs were. We showed her our plan and she was more than helpful with suggestions and ideas to help make the home ours. We met several times before we signed papers. We were really impressed with what came standard in her homes. Since then we are almost complete.
Amanda has been with us every step of the way. From the day we poured concrete to now we have been totally satisfied with our home building experience. Texas Legacy contractors have all been extremely helpful and accommodating to our needs. The contractors have been with her for over 15 years and speak highly of her. Most people say that you will only build one home. I can honestly say that we will build again and the first person we will call is Texas Legacy Custom Homes."
